BCGF40/40/10 type beer bottle washing filling capping 3-1 machine is specially designed for small and medium breweries to fill beer.Made by excellent SUS304, It is a washing filling capping 3 in 1 machine adopted the bottle filling and capping technique of Germany technology. It is widely being used in the Medium and small breweries.
2. t adopts isobaric filling principle and filling valve adopts high precision mechanical valve. It has advantages of fast filling speed, high precision in liquid level.
3. Adopt Siemens automatic controlling system, realizing trinity of the machines, and control the washing, filling and capping process and realize that it only starts to filling when there is a bottle, otherwise it will stop filling and no broken bottles.
4. The filling process is clean and pure due to its twice pre-evacuation and CO2 injection of bottles, and more stable because of isobaric filling operation.
