HIG-80A tube filling and sealing machine has been widely used in foodstuff, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, daily chemical industry. Filling all kinds of pasty, cream and viscous fluid and material alike, into metal or plastic tubes and then carry out tube end folding, sealing and lot number embossing. The machine is up to GMP standard.

Tube washing and feeding marking identification, filling, folding, sealing, code embossing and finished product output all conducted automatically.
Tube feeding conducted pneumatically, accurately and reliably.
Various folding forms like two folding, three folding, and U-shaped folding can be carried out automatically in one machine by changing mechanical arms.
The hopper with heater or mixer is optional for special material.
The part contacting materials is made of 316L stainless steel, clean, sanitary and conforming to GMP.
